Returns and Refund Policy

At Rora Home Textiles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy. Please read below for details.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

To initiate a return, please contact us on Whatsapp with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return address and any additional instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an update to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a amount will automatically be returned to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account statement again. If still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Defective or damaged items

If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us on Whatsapp within 7 days of receipt with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will provide you with a return label and instructions for returning the item for a replacement or refund.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
